My name is Kim Campbell and I work at PlantPure to create and share delicious whole food, plant-based recipes for dishes that most people would consider comfort foods, but without all the oils and excess salts and sugars. With my husband Nelson, I raised three children on a planted-based diet and have had experience working with many people new to a plant-based diet. My goal is to provide familiar flavors and textures that appeal to as many people as possible, including families and kids.
